Jen's "Fine" With Ben Not Being Around

Woah! With the constant rumors of marital tension, you'd think Jennifer Garner would have nothing but glowing things to say about her husband Ben Affleck, but her recent interview with W Magazine is surprisingly candid and perhaps even a bit too honest!
On her husband's schedule and the time he spends away from her:
- "I can live with Ben working crazy hours. But I can’t live without girlfriends around to talk about men with! It’s fine if he’s not there; I just need someone to bitch about it to!”
On how easily Ben seems to be able to block Jen from his mind:
- “Ben asks me, ‘How come when I do an interview I manage to keep you out of it completely?’ And I’m like, ‘Either because you don’t think about me or because boy magazines don’t care about what I make you for dinner. But they should!’”
While she looks amazing now, Jen reveals that during the last months of her pregnancy, she felt like a blimp!
- “I just was so fat and huge and ugly and in a furry dog costume. And of course there were tons of paparazzi outside and I couldn’t escape them! So I feel like that bought me a pass this year. I’ll take pictures.”

Hey anon 2:23 you got it wrong Im a fan and I know they got together in 2004 and married in 2005....She has had that ring for several years at least I saw it first after she was married about 6 months....She sounds like a typical married woman - who is comfortable enough about her relationship to joke about it - and I've read interviews with Ben and they interviewer never asks him about his personal life - that just double standard with female actresses - no one cares as much about their professional life as they do a male actor..
Talk about photoshop. I wouldn't have recognized her without the name plastered on it. And listen, if she's snarking about her husband when she's being interviewed for promotion (when all you have to do is smile and say your love is true) then one can only imagine how she talks about him in private and/or to his face. I see DOOM written all over this marriage.
I have to say I admire her honesty and stregnth. I used to feel sorry for her and think she was the victim without her husband along. Now I see that she doesn't give a xxmn if he is there are not--Go Jen-you are stronger than most and I admire that. We as women do not have to always be the victim-are we fat are we skinny-you know what enjoy life and keep on going.
Ben has learned the hard way not to talk about his personal life. Jennifer Garner doesn't really see the problem with making comments about her husband. If Jennifer actually read some of the rumors about her marriage on the internet, she may be more careful about what she says. Until she does people are going to decide what ever she says is a sign that her marriage is going to end soon.
