Jennifer Garner Takes Baby Samuel For A Check-Up

What a rare peek at little Samuel Affleck!
Jennifer Garner took her infant son Sam to a doctor's check-up in Brentwood on Tuesday, and since we haven't seen the Arthur star out and about with her baby boy very much since the birth, we're hoping to catch a glimpse of the little tot's face on his next outing!
On another note, the 40-year-old actress looks like she's making progress on her post-baby weight loss! Besides shedding the pregnancy pounds, the Juno stunner has been keeping busy with the short film Serena for newly launched Wigs YouTube channel.
Can someone say multi-tasking super mom?!
