This story is so sad. Unfortunately we in the USA live in a gun nut country. There are 81 poeple killed every day in America by guns and it takes someone famous to get the media's attention. Prayers go out to Jennifer Hudson and her family, she is so talented and now has to live with this forever.

Just an FYI it is not "confirmed" as your headlines reads. It clearly states in your "article" that the body is "believed to be his". The difference is smart reporting. Drawing people in with untrue headlines is disgusting and irresponsible. This little boy may be all that family has left to help them make it through. Practice some humility. It is not the guns that kill people, it is the PEOPLE. You liberals can try to outlaw all the guns you want, but the killers will ALWAYS get them. It should be MADATORY if a person is convicted of killing someoe else, then they too should die. Maybe if killers knew there would be no second chances then they might think twice before killing someone else.

I am shocked that a man on parole after seven years of prison for kidnapping and attempted murder would do something like this. It's so out of character.
