Jennifer Hudson was kind enough to share her plans for the holidays with us last night: family, family, family!
The Dreamgirl spoke about going home to Chicago for the Christmas to keep her plans simple and streamlined.
After the holidays, however, Jennifer's calendar's gonna fill up quick as her album inches closer to release. Check out the clip below to hear her discuss her music!
We gotta disagree with our photographer, though - Jennifer's a vision on the big screen!

Jennifer is really grounded and it shows by her taking the time to answer questions when she didn't have to. I hope she can maintain that attitude and not get caught up in typical diva-esque princess mentality.
As for Kym, I wonder why is it necessary to call her that? Also, why does she have to acknowledge American Idol anytime she opens her mouth?
Hopefully you'll get much needed help and you need to stop cutting yourself.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer and George Huff in LA and she is so gracious. A real person and a great talent. I wish her all the best and hope we will see more of her in the future.
i dont feel like she has to constantly thank american idol either. if she would of won, it would be a different story, but she went thru alot on the show even with her awesome performances of i have nothing, circle of life, and weekend new england, all that was overshadowed by simons rudeness and obnoxiousness. she is a winner in my book, and i wish her all the best and a merry christmas.
People talk about American Idol like its sacred. It's just a tv show that gains as much from its singers and the singers do from the show. You are the best JHud.
