Jennifer Lawrence won big last night at the Oscars, taking home the Best Actress statue for her role in Silver Linings Playbook, but her embarrassing fall almost overshadowed her victory!

After her name was called as the winner, the stunned 23-year-old star made her way to the stage in a gorgeous Dior gown, but as she was walking up the stairs she took a tumble that brought her to her knees!

The blonde beauty immediately acknowledged the blunder as the crowd stood to clap for her.

"You guys are just standing up because you feel bad that I fell - it's really embarrassing. This is nuts!" she joked before thanking her fans and colleagues.

Leave it up to J-Law to handle the situation with grace and humor!

But was it all worth it? “Today was stressful and I had no time to eat. I’m starving,” she admitted to reporters. “I’m freaking starving,” she said, before pointing to the McDonald’s on Hollywood Boulevard. She then jokingly asked her publicist to grab her burger. “I’d eat in a bathroom at this point and someone would catch me sitting on the toilet and eating, and I’d be like, ‘What?’”

While she gets nervous and chatty and tends to babble a bit, she also revealed that she's terrified to go up onstage if she wins for her role in Silver Linings Playbook. "My biggest fear is speaking publicly. I’m so nervous about presenting, I’m trying not to think about what I would say if I won."

Wait, wasn't her Golden Globes speech one of the best we've ever heard? She certainly does a good job hiding that ... then again, she is a two-time Oscar nominee!

The new posters for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire have just been released, and we can only imagine how much money this movie will gross at the box office!

Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson are back as Katniss and Peeta, except this time instead of competing, they must make their victory tour across the entire nation of Panem and greet other districts whose players did not make it out alive.

On Thursday, Jennifer Lawrence made sure her street style was intact when she wore a beautiful teal dress on her way to Jimmy Kimmel Live! in Hollywood.

The 22-year-old Silver Linings Playbook actress is bouncing back nicely after her little wardrobe malfunction at the Screen Actor's Guild Awards last Sunday that occurred when she was going to accept her actor award.

Jennifer Lawrence hit up her local Vons to take care of some grocery shopping yesterday, and we almost didn't recognize the Oscar-nominated actress under her maroon floppy hat, jacket and huge scarf. Maybe she was trying to pick up some goodies without getting noticed?

We did notice that at checkout, the Silver Linings Playbook actress was purchasing a bottle of Jim Beam whiskey and some Ruffles potato chips. It's quite possible the stress of award season has her craving a drink and some comfort food!

The 22-year-old Silver Linings Playbook star took some playful jabs at her fellow contenders during her monologue on Saturday Night Live last night. It was her first time hosting the show and it was clear she was comfortable exhibiting her comedic chops on national TV.

Fresh from her Golden Globe win on Sunday night for Best Actress for her role in Silver Linings Playbook, Jennifer Lawrence made an appearance on The Late Show With David Letterman on Tuesday evening.

While Jen is happily making the rounds to chat about awards season and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, she recently revealed to Entertainment Weekly that she won't be making an appearance on Inside the Actors Studio.

“Do you know how much that guy would hate me?" she exclaimed. "Tell me about your method?’ There is no method! I never know my lines! He would be horrified." So what about the rumors that she's dating co-star Bradley Cooper? “Oh yes, we’re in a relationship,” she joked. “Apparently things are heating up.” I guess that comment is why Bradley felt the need to make a statement about it!

Lionsgate has released a few stills from The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, and this is our first peek at fan favorite Finnick Odair (played by Sam Claflin), who is thrown into the games with Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence), Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and other tributes from the past. And this must be the scene where Finnick offers Katniss sugar in exchange for all her secrets ... those of you who have read the book know what we're talking about!

Fun fact: Taylor Kitsch, Armie Hammer, Hunter Parrish, Grant Gustin, Luke Mitchell and Garrett Hedlund were also considered for the role of Finnick.
