They may be recently separated, but Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are still friends, and business partners!

The former Hollywood power couple reunited for an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Monday, to spill some deets on their adorable twins, Max and Emme, and what it was like to work together on their new Spanish TV show, Q’ Viva.

Lopez on Max and Emme's musical skills:

Ellen: Are they musical? Do they sing? Jennifer: Yes, they love to sing and dance. Emme loves to dance. She loves to perform. I’ll be honest. I think Emme has a bit of voice. I do. I’m not sure but I kind of hear it every once in a while. I’m not sure about Max as much but he has a big personality. He’s got like, my personality. Maybe Emme has Marc’s voice. We traded. Ellen: Either way they’re both good things.

The friendly exes also chatted with DeGeneres about their upcoming talent competition show, along with cohost Jamie King, and why one of the commercials for the show features Jennifer smacking Marc in the head.

The American Idol judge explains:

Jennifer: They put a sound effect in there (referring to a clip from Q’Viva) it sounds like I’m slapping him hard. All I did was this (touches Marc’s head) Marc: She can’t help herself. Jennifer: You know what I mean… Marc: Now that’s the shot they can use tomorrow. Jennifer: I did it but when I saw it in TV it was like (slaps her hand loudly) Like I smacked him so hard… Marc: Trust me it hurt. Jennifer: It did not hurt….

Jennifer Lopez is making the rounds to promote her new show Q'Viva, but while visiting the Today Show, talk quickly turned to her relationship with ex Marc Anthony.

Lopez tells Matt Lauer:

"Marc and I were friends before we got married. We were friends for years, and we always loved each other," Lopez said. "And, obviously, we have children together, so it's not going to be like he's not in my life. He's always going to be in my life."

Lauer also asked if the 42-year-old singer plans on walking down the aisle with 24-year-old beau Casper Smart. She responds:

"I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. We'll see. I mean, I don't know. It's not time to think about that yet. It's still fresh."

If Lopez decides to get married again, this would be the fourth time ... and Casper's first.

But where was Max? And come to think of it, where was her other boy, 24-year-old Casper Smart?

Jennifer Lopez was spotted out and about in Calabasas this afternoon with her darling daughter Emme, and the singer/actress kept it comfy and casual in Uggs and sweatpants. But hey, when you look that good at 42, we think you're allowed to take a break from the heels, sequins and bandage dresses!

After partying it up with Casper in Miami for New Year's Eve, it seems like J. Lo is back in work mode, as she made an appearance at the Fox TCAs in Pasadena last night. While she's secured her role as a judge on American Idol, it seems like her co-wrorker Ryan Seacrest's future with the show may be up in the air.

Fox Entertainment President Kevin Reilly told reporters, “It’s a tough negotiation and one that will come to conclusion, I think, pretty quickly." Seacrest is not under contract after this season, and there are rumblings that NBC is considering sticking him on The Today Show in the event that Matt Lauer decides to leave. As you know, E! is owned by NBC Universal, so it seems like Fox may not have a say over this one.

Jennifer Lopez may have been shopping at one of the ritziest stores in Beverly Hills, but that doesn't mean the 42-year-old songstress has to dress to the nines!

JLo hit up Valentino with no makeup, her hair pulled back in a tight bun .... and rocking grey sweats. The "Papi" singer, whose sweats read "I Am Light," is a big fan of the Peace Love World brand. What a great way to dress comfy and spread a positive message at the same time!

Wonder if Ms. Lopez is looking for after-Christmas specials? Hopefully her longtime manager Benny Medina (pictured above) was able to score some nice swag during their afternoon shopping spree.

We have a feeling that hanging with Benny probably isn't as much fun as cruising around with her younger beau Casper Smart. Just sayin'.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony called it quits in July ... and at the time it seemed civilized, but now the two are at war due to JLo's new relationship with 24-year-old backup dancer Casper Smart, according to Us.

A source close to Lopez, 42, and Anthony, 43, tells the mag that the Latin crooner "hit the roof" after seeing photos of Smart playing in Hawaii over the Thanksgiving holiday with the couple's 3-year-old twins, Max and Emme.

"He wants to make Jennifer suffer because she's having fun with someone new, and he knows this will hurt her on the deepest level," the source adds.

Although the couple have already settle custody arrangements, Anthony may go "back on his word."

As for Lopez and Smart, we caught them shopping together at a jewelry store in Calabasas earlier this week. Sounds like it's getting serious!

She may have totally moved on with a new man, but Jennifer Lopez only had eyes for ex-hubby Marc Anthony in this just-released teaser for their upcoming talent competition show, Q'Viva: The Chosen.

The former pair announced their split in July, but reunited for a joint reality TV production that really shows off their chemistry -- JLo is even seen doing a sexy dance for Marc!

The teaser features the ex-couple's trip to Puerto Rico, where they work side-by-side to discover authentic Latin American talent. Lopez proudly exclaims in the clip: "I am Latina and this is who we are. Isn't it fabulous? Isn't it amazing? Doesn't it bring tears to your eyes and make you want to smile and dance and jump and stay up all night?"

The series will debut in Spanish on January 28 on Univision, an English network has not yet been announced.

Jennifer Lopez and her younger boyfriend are loving life as a couple, and they're not afraid to flaunt it. Case in point ... a trip to Polacheck jewelry store in Calabasas on Sunday.

Although the lovebirds exited separately, they definitely had a strategy to reunite after checking out the pricey jewels.

JLo's 24-year-old boyfriend left the store first with his hands in his pocket while wearing shades ...and headed straight for their convertible white Bentley.

After pulling the car up to the shop, his much older ladylove dashed out of the store and into the luxury coupe. Great to see Jenny from the block is sharing her dough with the new kid on her block. Ain't love grand!

Will.i.am has managed to create another addictive beat for his latest song "The Hardest Ever," but when you throw Jennifer Lopez in the mix, the sex factor hits a new level!

In the edgy music video, the 42-year-old diva sports a lacy bodysuit and thigh-high stockings while performing some oh-so-sexy dance moves.

Wonder if her new 24-year-old boyfriend, Casper Smart, is the inspiration behind those moves?

We're loving the special effects, but JLo is definitely the icing on the cake!
