J. Lo's Pregnant With Twins...Again?!

For a movie, duh!
The actress was snapped on the set of The Back-Up Plan in LA yesterday looking totes gorgeous, but rocking a fairly large pillow under her dress. We knew a few months ago that mama Lopez would be playing a pregnant lady, but this is definitely the first time we've seen her with the prosthetic baby bump, so that's always exciting.
Too bad she didn't look this hot when she was preggers! Zing!
