Jennifer Lopez Becomes National Spokesperson For Boys & Girls Clubs Of America

Add this to J.Lo's long list of new jobs, including being a judge for American Idol!
Denzel Washington, Mario Lopez (the Ambassador to Fitness) and Jennifer Lopez were all present for the 20th Anniversary Ceremony of the organization's name change from "Boys Clubs" to "Boys & Girls Clubs of America."
Washington, a spokesperson for BGCA since 1992, announced today that Lopez will join him as the first female national spokesperson. Congrats!
The sultry singer gave an emotional speech to the crowd: "Join us in helping kids be great and attain great futures," she ended with, wiping away some tears. Watch the video below...

The public relations people for The Boys and Girls Club must be pretty lame if the most famous "female star" they can sign up is Jennifer Lopez.
Of all the petty self-centered mean-spirited women in show biz, they had to pick the worst.
