Jennifer Lopez covers V Magazine's Sports Issue, and the 42-year-old actress strikes a series of sexy poses in boxing gloves ... and not much else!

The actress/singer also chats with the mag about her ex-husband Marc Anthony, and she seems to be handling their split quite well. “I mean, we’re parents and friends first," she says. "That will be the thread that ties us together. I don’t know if people expect it to be negative just because the relationship didn’t work out.” Of course, having a hot new romance with Casper Smart probably helps too!

J. Lo talks about making mistakes, telling the mag, “You’re not going to hit the target or the bull’s-eye every time. That’s part of it. At the end of the day, I made those choices. I’ve been in the business now, I don’t want to say how many years. You have amazing moments of recognition and success. But at this point in my life, I try to take it all with a grain of salt.”

So what about the significance of this photo shoot? J. Lo learned how to box for Money Train, and she studied krav maga for Enough, so this isn't all acting! “I know how to fight!” she declares proudly. "I can take a lot of punches and still keep going. I’ve been trained like a boxer to go 15 rounds." Looks like she's still Jenny from the block!
