P. Diddy On Jennifer Lopez's American Idol Role: "She Made Me Cry"

Jennifer Lopez is only a few months into her American Idol role, and she's already making an impact on one of the music industry's biggest performers ... who also happens to be her ex.
P. Diddy says JLo has brought him to tears because of her compassionate judging style on AI. Diddy tells Access Hollywood:
- "The way [Jennifer] handled coming after Simon, and even myself from Making the Band and the way we were hard coaches - she's been like, a compassionate person. She's made me cry like, twice, and she's looked good doing it. And she's made sense so, you know, I'm proud of her. She's a nice person so, you know, when you're super nice, your emotions get the best of you."
JLo and Diddy dated back in 1999 but ended their relationship in 2001 after they were both arrested on charges involving a shooting at a New York nightclub.
As for his thoughts on JLo revamping the judging panel, Diddy adds, "It's good though - it's good to see that change in the competitive shows. I think she's very refreshing."
