We spotted a seemingly healthy and happy Jeremy Piven running errands in Malibu over the weekend. Just from looking at these pics, you'd never know that the Entourage star had a scary encounter with mercury poisoning just a few months ago! Good to see Ari - er, Jeremy doing better!
