Oh man, we can only imagine how much fist pumping must be going on in Vegas!
The Jersey Shore stars are in Sin City for MTV spring break at The Palms Resort and Casino, and by the looks of it, Ronnie and Sammi must be getting along again! Is this on-and-off couple back together?! Or are they just faking it for the cameras?
Speaking of faking it... is it just us, or did Deena get some work done?! There's something different about her face in these pics, and it wouldn't surprise us if she took a tip from JWoww and went under the knife!
With The Situation in rehab and Snooki pregnant, somebody's gotta do the partying... glad these three are picking up the slack!
