Jesse James makes a guest appearance on American Chopper: The Build-Off, and not only does the motorcycle mechanic talk smack about some of his competitors, but he seemingly blames ex-wife Sandra Bullock for his bad press and career problems! "I became a big shot and married some Hollywood actress and didn't talk to anybody anymore, so I feel bad," James says in the clip. "I feel obligated to reconnect with all these people and show 'em that I'm still the same fabricator motorcycle guy ... I'm not what I became." Hmm, I guess he doesn't remember Bullock winning an Oscar in 2010 and thanking him during her acceptance speech!

When he was done slamming Bullock, James ripped on Paul Teutul and Paul Teutul Jr., the stars of the show and fellow custom motorcycle manufacturers. "I don’t know what the Teutuls do for a gas tank -- I think he just yells at someone to get it done and it didn’t matter how it got done," James proclaims. "I can’t see that stuff lasting, I think it will work if the bike is static and just gets started up for TV. My stuff is meant to do 100...like full, aggressive riding and to withstand punishment."

Bullock divorced James in 2010 after 5 years of marriage, and claims of his inifidelity emerged right after she thanked him at the Oscars. James later admitted to cheating on Bullock, and he said in an interview that he took "a pretty amazing life and marriage" and "threw it away."

Kat Von D and Jesse James have called it quits ... again.

"I am not in a relationship," Kat wrote on her Facebook page. "And I apologize for all the 'back and forth' if it's caused any confusion." A source also confirms the split to People mag, and though her former fiance hasn't commented on the break up, we're guessing it's only a matter of time before he shares his side of the story.

The couple previously called off their engagement last July, but less than a month later they decided to give it another shot. When the two got back together, Jesse said, "Sometimes you are only given one chance in life, I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her."

That sounds sweet and all, but now we're beginning to wonder if his wandering eye had something to do with their latest split. Kat tweeted yesterday, "As much as I dislike being wrong, I must admit this time I was. #noregrets." Think he cheated on her like he did with ex-wife Sandra Bullock?

Kat Von D and Jesse James are engaged ... again!

This was a happy revelation from the tattoo artist Thursday, since earlier today TLC announced that it was canceling her show LA Ink.

Kat and Jesse each Tweeted pictures of themselves embracing at 2:30 p.m. PT, leading fans to wonder if something was up between the two. Jesse's black and white photo of the two in bed (above) was far more intimate than Kat's outdoor pic, and he even included the phrase "para siempre," meaning "forever."

Kat is even back to wearing her engagement ring.

Officially announcing that the engagement was back on, Jesse told People magazine:

"Sometimes you are only given one chance in life. It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance. I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her. Showing her how special she is, and how much I love her."

The two coupled up last summer, just months after James' divorce from Sandra Bullock was finalized. They first got engaged in January, but called it off in July due to distance - Kat worked in Los Angeles while Jesse was mostly in Austin, Texas.

No word on when the couple will officially tie the knot.

Jesse James' ex, former porn star Janine Lindemulder, was arrested Wednesday night in Texas for harassing James.

James was awarded sole custody of the couple's daughter, Sunny, 7, in an Orange County, Calif., court Monday -- the judge also ordered that the couple continue their custody dispute in Texas (James lives in Austin.)

Lindemulder arrived in Texas and was soon arrested for calling James multiple times -- so many times that it was labeled as harassment.

X17 has learned that, as of Thursday morning, Lindemulder was still in a holding tank waiting for someone to post bail. Her bond was increased due to the harassment charge and is now set at $10,000. If bail is not posted by this evening, she'll be put with the general population.

X17 also uncovered an interesting tidbit when we contacted the Hays County Jail, where Janine is being held ... read what it is after the jump ...

Amidst announcing his split from fiancee Kat Von D, Jesse James did get some good news.

On Monday, James, 42, was awarded sole custody of his daughter Sunny, 7, after a long court battle with his ex, Janine Lindemulder.

James got the news in an Orange County, Calif., courthouse. He had been fighting Lindemulder on the issue for years, with her often making negative comments about James (and even ex Sandra Bullock) to the press.

And Lindemulder has been given stipulations. If she relocates to Texas to be near James and Sunny, she'll be ordered to inpatient rehab. If she remains in California, she'll get monitored visitation of her daughter.

Von D Tweeted, "I am no longer w Jesse, and out of respect for him, his family and myself, thats all the info I'd like to share."

James, 42, and Von D, 29, were planning a summer wedding. They had been together for less than a year.

Their romance was documented on the upcoming season of Von D's reality show on TLC. James lives outside of Austin, Texas, with his children, while Von D shoots her reality show in Los Angeles, where her tattoo shop is.

James began dating Von D only months after his divorce from Sandra Bullock.
