Jesse James And Photographer Make Citizen's Arrest On One Another In Long Beach

Jesse James made a citizen's arrest on a photographer (NOT one of ours) nearby his West Coast Choppers shop in Orange County this morning, and the equally annoyed shutterbug made one on Sandra Bullock's estranged hubby as well!
Long Beach Police reponded to a vandalism call at 9:30am on the 600 block of Anaheim St., and when officers arrived on the scene, James claimed he was being stalked by a photographer and the photographer told police his car had been vandalized.
Both parties signed a private person's arrest (aka citizen’s arrest) forms, and LBPD tells X17online this “is like a traffic ticket.” No one was taken into custody or cuffed and LBPD added that both parties "were cooperative."
Looks like the stress is finally getting to the Monster Garage man!
