Over the weekend Jesse Metcalfe hit the clubs in Hollywood, and while he seemed to be in a relatively good mood, he ignored a female fan who wanted some face time. Rather than moving on and forgetting about it, the psycho disgruntled admirer hurled obscenities at Jesse as he made his way to a waiting cab.
