Jess Gets Fresh

It's pretty obvious that Jessica Alba doesn't plan on dealing with any baby weight after she gives birth - she's taking care of the problem before it starts!
First, we catch her at the gym eleven to twelve thousand times a week. Then yesterday, we spot the Sin City starlet shopping for clean, fresh produce at Whole Foods!
Granted, it's not much of a change for the figure-conscious Jess, but it still looks like this maternal regimen's doing her a ton of good - she even smiled for the cameras as Cash helped her into her car!

She's smart not to gain to much weight on the front end and blame pregnancy for eating to much and getting to fat - good for her. Also, she smarten't up and is no longer covering her face..she should use these ops to her advantage - free publicity, then she can sell her baby pictures for a million bucks, must be nice.
