Jessica Shops Til The Baby Drops?

Jessica sure is keeping busy getting ready for her first child - what with all the shopping, working out, and...well, shopping!
Yesterday we caught the soon-to-be-MILF at the grocery store, where she was showing off the size of her melons.

Actually Jessica met her partner/baby daddy Cash Warren on the set of the 1st Fantastic 4 movie while he was working as an assistant to the director. That was almost four years ago. The baby boy or girl reportedly is due in late May or early June.
