Fortunately pregnant Jessica Alba didn't fall on her platform shoes!
The gorgeous mommy-to-be looked absolutely stunning in a floral dress that accentuated her baby bump just perfectly. We adore this entire outfit -- maybe Jess should consider designing a line of maternity clothes!
After stopping in for her doctor's appointment, the hungry momma hit up celeb favorite gourmet deli Joan's on Third, where she got an abundance of delectable goodies to go.
When you're eating for two, you gotta indulge!
Alba is expecting her second child with hubby director Cash Warren. The pair also have a daughter, Honor, who turns 3 on May 9. Jess is due later this year.

I've tripped in my flats you know it just happens no matter what shoes you have on...it's not like she's wearing 6 inch cat heels walking around its platforms, which are elevated yes but not very arched. Jeeze people are so quick to judge and her dress looks beautiful on her, I think she looks great!

There's a reason pregnant women are advised not to wear heels while pregnant. Selfish people like Alba and Hudson show that they are willing to risk their unborn baby's health. sick.
