Our favorite Jessica (Biel, not Simpson) was spotted out and about in Hollywood this weekend in this funky-looking, Pucci/Austin Powers-ish number and still sportin' her darker do. While we miss Jess' look circa Texas Chainsaw Massacre - damn did she look hot then! - we appreciate her ever-changing sense of style. Can't wait to see her stripper scenes in Powder Blue!
