We spotted Jessica Biel strolling down the beach in Santa Barbara wearing this loose, flowy green-accented number over the weekend. Admittedly, we prefer to see Jessica flaunting her, er, assets more than this particular garment allows - but these pix still leave us green with envy!
You might think Jessica could stand to show herself off a little more
But...you can still make out her, er, best features in spite of all the flowiness...
...and we're fine with that!
