Jessica Simpson Gets Upset When Photogs Ask If She's Drunk

Jessica Simpson was not happy when photogs asked the unsteady starlet if she was drunk while leaving Katsuya last night with her fiance Eric Johnson.
Jessica, who spent the day getting glammed at a photo shoot, looked a bit disoriented as Johnson helped her into the car.
- That's when one photog asked, "Jessica, are you drunk?" Jessica glared at him and responded, "What?!?"
But her confused expression prompted another photog to proclaim "Jessica is smashed!"
Of course, she did just spend the entire day at a photo shoot before dancing around on six inch heels around her dinner table, so it's possible she was just really exhausted!
Of course, if the pregnancy rumors are to be believed, it's doubtful Simpson would be drinking. That could also account for her confused expressions!

A source tells Us Weekly that Jessica Simpson had a, ahem, windy moment during a business meeting for her denim line in late January. "While one of the executives was speaking in a room full of five people, Jessica let out a very loud fart," says the insider.
"Her mother [Tina Simpson] was there, and it prompted her to turn around and yell, 'Jessica!' The tension was extreme. No one knew what to say."
It wasn't Simpson's first brush with public flatulence: She famously cut loose on an episode of Newlyweds, telling then-husband Nick Lachey, "You love my stinky a$$," and professed her fondness for between-the-sheets poots (a.k.a. Dutch ovens) to a radio station in 2008.

To see the paps literally "swarm" her and yell out the most stupid questions was disturbing. I am so sick of paps trying to create situations, photograph and record them, post them and collect their $$$$. I feel so sorry for some of these celebs who are just trying to have a night out. Jessica's rent-a-boyfriend didn't have to shove that poor pap. The pap was just doing what Joe pays him to do...photograph his fat, alcoholic, man-faced daughter. If they keep treating the paps like this, nobody will take her picture no matter how much the Simpsons pay.
The photographers should have called the police and had that guy the Simpsons are paying to pretend to be Jessica's boyfriend arrested for assaulting the pap he shoved and for drunk driving. Oh, and for being a male prostitute.
They need to leave Jess alone, and X17 has better photos of jess leaving the photo shoot this same day and she didn't look bad or drunk at all!
