Is Jessica Simpson A VH1 Diva?

No, no, not that kind. We all know she's not VH1 Divas material...but it does look like the singer/actress has some very divalike demands for her new show on the network!
Jessica is scheduled to start shooting The Price of Beauty next week, where she will travel all over the world to get an in depth look at various beauty regimens. However, a source tells the NY Post that Jessica's budget is about as inflated as her...well, you get the idea. A source tells the Post, "To get her camera-ready each episode will cost $25,000. She insists on using her own hair, makeup and fashion stylists, who are more expensive than J.Lo's." Yikes!
Though VH1 wouldn't comment on the matter, Jessica's rep said, "A budget was approved when the deal was made. All parties were satisfied."
Maybe if the show ends up being a huge hit, it'll all be worth it?
Will you watch this? Jessica is cute and semi-entertaining, so we'll definitely tune in...but if it sucks, we're totally going to give her crap for it!

Jessica DID do the VH1's Diva show when she was married to Nick. Personally, I think she's spoiled and self centered. I doubt this new show will be hit. She's pretty pathetic now.
I didn't think she looked too bad before now, but apparently I was wrong! It cost $25,000 just to get her ready for the camera??? Girl is either FUGLY or she has an ego the size of her home state!
Common sense people - JS will be taking her crew to Japan and other places around the world - how much do you think it will cost in airfare, hotels and food? That will take a big bite out of the 25,000 they are saying it is costing VH1. That is a drop in the bucket for reality shows.
