Jillian Michaels is getting a whole new workout by lifting her newly adopted kids, Phoenix and Lukensia, all around town!
We spotted the proud new mom treating her cuties to a beach day in Malibu on Saturday afternoon, and this is the first time the former Biggest Loser trainer has given the world a peek at her newborn son!
Michaels recently told Daily Dose of her decision to adopt: "I'm kind of a believer in letting the universe flow in the way that it's meant to. I just thought, 'It wouldn't happen like this if it wasn't meant to happen like this.'"

Jill asked her Twitter followers over the weekend: "My 2 year old has tons of toys yet she insists on playing w/ only my stuff. My phone, glasses, keys, computer - someone please explain this."
