Jim Carrey Lists Malibu Beach Home For $13.95 Million

Jim Carrey's seems to be looking for some new digs!

The actor-comedian has listed his home in the gated Malibu Colony residences for $13.95 million, $4 million less than when he initially purchased the beach house for $9.75 million 10 years ago.

The 2,866-square-foot contemporary home contains a large rooftop viewing deck with spa tub and mood lights, an open plan living room, family room with built-in flat screen, dining room with built-in buffet and a kitchen that leads to an ocean-facing deck.

The five-bedroom, 5 1/2-bathroom house also includes an outdoor entertaining area which boasts a barbecue, surfboard racks and plenty of lounging space along with a second-floor master suite that looks over the Pacific and a bed-and-bath suite for staff.

Carrey also owns a home in Brentwood and is reportedly apartment hunting in Manhattan and Brooklyn, so he won't be sleeping on the streets anytime soon. Must be nice to be Jim!
