Yup, that's Dame Joan Collins - well, she's basically a dame, right? - from such film classics as The Bitch and The Stud (oh, and TV's Dynasty). Alexis Morrell Carrington Colby Dexter RowanJoan was spotted strolling around Saint Tropez, France on her phone. Wonder who she was talking to! Probably not Linda Evans, that's for sure. (Don't worry if you don't get that joke - it means you're under 40.) Still, it has to be said... the 74-year-old actress looks pretty damn good for her age.
