Sure, he's made a fortune from his Girls Gone Wild empire and he's actually pretty attractive, but isn't he supposed to be a major d-bag?

His marriage to TV host Christina McLarty lasted about one month (the two split in November of 2010) and after the Jayde Nicole hair-pulling incident in 2009 (not to mention his jail time for tax evasion!) Joe Francis isn't exactly the kind of guy you want to bring home to mom. I guess this young lady doesn't seem to care, as we spotted her waiting with Joe at the Barneys New York valet over the weekend. How on earth does he get such hot (and young!) girls to follow him everywhere he goes?!

Joe Francis says he doesn't gamble anymore, but he thinks his fellow millionaires should have the right to.

Actor Tobey Maguire was accused this week of being involved in an underground, unlicensed poker ring that also involved A-listers like Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon and Ben Affleck.

X17 caught up with Francis outside Hollywood hot spots Katsuya, where he told reporters that the ring has "been going on for a while." Check out the video to see what else he said!

Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis will once again be a single man.

The 37-year-old multimillionaire confirmed that his marriage of seven weeks to LA news reporter Christina McLarty, also 37, is dunzo.

Francis released the following statement:

“After careful and thoughtful consideration on both our parts, Christina and I have mutually decided to end our relationship. We entered into our relationship with love and it’s with love and kindness that we leave it. We wish each other the best for the future.”

Francis and McLarty were married in a civil ceremony last month after four years of dating.

Joe Francis made a name for himself by getting spring break girls to lift their tops on his videos for Girls Gone Wild, but now the 37-year-old has tied the knot with KCAL 9 Los Angeles news reporter, Christina McLarty.

The couple got married in Punta Mita, Mexico at an estate owned by Francis.

Just before the wedding, Francis told Us, "My fiancee and I are the best of friends, just like Khloe and Lamar, and the next step for us to go down the aisle is only natural!"

Good times aside, Francis has had numerous run-ins with the law including pleading guilty to contempt of court back in April 2007 and spending time in a Florida jail. He also faced money issues after a federal grand jury in Reno indicted him on charges of tax evasion. Last year on August 28, Francis allegedly attacked Brody Jenner's then-girlfriend Jayde Nicole at Guys and Dolls nightclub in Los Angeles. Even though there was video of the incident, Authorities didn't press charges, however Francis and Nicole sued each other for assault and battery. The case is ongoing.

After last year's Guys and Dolls incident, things were a bit awkward when Joe Francis arrived at Voyeur while Jayde Nicole was still waiting to get inside the club.

Both struggled to get past the velvet rope, and finally, only Jayde Nicole was allowed inside.

When a photographer complained of being bored, Joe Francis joked, "I mean, do you want me to like go pull Jayde Nicole's hair or something." Yes, we do!

Aww, they seem like the perfect match! I can't imagine what Mario Lopez and Joe Francis had to talk about last night at Katsuya - maybe Mario has beef with Brody Jenner too?

After pleading guilty to two misdemeanor counts of filing false tax returns, a judge in Los Angeles has sentenced Joe Francis to time served, meaning he won't spend any more time in jail.

Francis already served a year in prison for felony tax evasion after his CFO, Michael Barrett called the authorities on Francis for what Joe claims was an attempt to cover Barrett's own attempt to defraud Girls Gone Wild out of millions.

Between this resolution and the fact that the LA DA won't be pursuing criminal charges against him for the alleged Jayde beat-down, this means Francis is a free man!
