Jessica Simpson's Father Joe Charged With Two Counts Of DUI

Joe Simpson has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence stemming from his August 4th arrest, and now it's being reported that he could be facing jail time!
The charges carry a maximum sentence of 6 months in jail, and if convicted on both counts, Joe could also face up to 36 months probation and a $1,000 fine.
Simpson was busted at a DUI checkpoint in Sherman Oaks, and he blew .12 on the breathalyzer test.
His case is scheduled to go before the judge later this month.
Yikes! Think he'll end up behind bars?
