Carrying a chic black leather diaper bag, Joel Madden got a little one-on-one time with adorable baby Harlow yesterday.
Well, one-on-one if you don't count his shaved-headed companion.
Harlow, in her frilly white dress, looked extremely comfortable in her tattooed father's arms. She's such a little daddy's girl!
I think she looks like a pretty good combination of both her folks!
