John Mayer NOT Participating In Jacko Tribute

Despite other sites reporting that Mayer had signed onto record a remake of Jacko's "Will You Be There" with Whitney Houston and Lionel Richie, John confirmed last night to X17online that he will not, in fact, be singing on the track.
Although he took a break from the studio to check out the Vincent Gallo/Sean Lennon show at Largo last night, John's currently hard at work on his own upcoming album.
Too bad, Mayer and Houston on one stage would have been a study in funny facial expressions!

Rockers on the road always have someone behind the scene, sometimes people are surpised that they are even married. They need to appear single so female fans would flock and get crazy. Never been into rockers but have read a bit on their stories. Their lifestyle is different....Bon Jovi is one of the few who has maintained a good image and a personal life that is intact. He didn't go Hollywood, just sang, had good charity causes w/out publicity, married and I guess living a good life. Now, that one I respect & admire.
