You can't say John Mayer doesn't have the patience of a saint - and a sense of humor! After being spotted by an autograph hound outside of Mr. Chow's on Friday night, the singer made sure everyone watched as he signed his name and negotiated $30 out of the guy for the signed photo that was probably headed straight for Ebay! But seeing as how we caught him sneaking out the back door at Hyde a few hours later, we're betting that that money's long since spent!
Is it just me, or is John really going for the Johnny Depp look here?

I have been a fan for five years and have followed all John has done over the years. He has gone hollywood on us. Everything he has said he hated in the past. Unless we were duped about that also. I have to rethink my loyalty to someone is obviously very different than what he portrays. What ashame that is what I loved about him he was so down to earh and seemed normal. Guess not!!!!!!

John Mayer used to be cool, in a talented guitar geek kind of way. I remember interviews where he's talking about how he's so smart because he doesn't drink and get stoned. Now he's just another moron who is dating that jessica simpson moron. There's lots of other talented people in the world. He's no genius.
