Don't go around calling any and all women "cougars" just because they're dating much younger man. That label implies that she's: (a) rich and/or powerful, (b) sexually aggressive, (c) dominant in the relationship, and (d) only in it for sex, not love. But it could well be a situation where the younger man is the aggressor and the dominant one, and they could be deeply in love for life.
