You can't believe everything you read on Twitter, but X17online can exclusively reveal that John Mayer is in fact "breaking out the vinyl" and "moving in" to a $10 million dollar mansion in a gated community in Woodland Hills!
After checking out over 20 homes in nearby Calabasas, John bought the house about 2 weeks ago. Hey, it's a good time to buy! The property has a recording studio, and it's a HUGE upgrade from his previous Pacific Palisades pad, which cost a measly one million dollars. John has elected to keep the Palisades home, and his band members stay there when they're in town.
Think Jen will move in with him? Or will she just come over for sleepovers every night of the week?
