Johnny Knoxville isn't a Jackass when it comes to his kids!

The former MTV star doted over his children Madison and Rocko while at the Farmers Market in LA.

His partner Naomi must have been able to tame his daredevil ways. Wonder if Johnny's Jackass co-star Steve-O would ever be left in charge of babysitting? We have a feeling the answer is a big, fat no.

It's not easy to cope after a friend's death, but Johnny Knoxville is trying his hardest after pal and co-star Ryan Dunn's fatal car accident last month.

The Jackass star figured out just how to do that when he head to LA's Runyon Canyon Thursday afternoon to take some time out for himself.

As tough as this past month has been, what better way is there to cope than to head for nature? No wonder Johnny took a hike through the Hollywood hills.

But the other question of the day is ... who's Waylon?

Johnny Knoxville attended a memorial service for his friend and Jackass co-star Ryan Dunn last Wednesday, but was too emotional to be able to say everything he wanted. So, the actor took to his production company's website to talk about his fallen friend.

First, Knoxville describes everything he loved about Dunn, who was killed in a car accident last Monday:

"He lived his life wanting to laugh and wanting you to laugh with him. ... He wasn't incapable of seriousness, though. Ryan was a great listener. ... That's why all this is even harder because right now I really need to talk to him but I can't."

Then, Knoxville gets upset as he talks about telling his children that Dunn had died.

" ... this isn't right, goddamnit. Ryan, I had to go wake up Madison and tell her you were gone. Do you know how hard that was?!! She loved you so much and I know you loved her, so why, buddy? Rocko will never get to know you like she did, nor will my daughter that is coming in October. I cry a lot about that."

And at the end, he breaks down.

"... I'm hurting!! ... You'll have to excuse me, I'm just very sad because I lost my brother ... I don't know what else to say right now, so I will close with I love you, Ryan. I have a lot of emotions swirling, but I want you to know I love you so very much."

Dunn was killed on impact after crashing his Porsche in Pennsylvania. He was driving at 130 mph and his blood alcohol level was at more than twice the legal limit. He was 34.

Knoxville, 40, and Dunn had been friends for more than 10 years.

Jackass stars Johnny Knoxville and Bam Margera paid their respects to co-star Ryan Dunn at a private memorial service in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

Dunn and his passenger, Zachary Hartwell, were killed earlier this week after the 34-year-old star lost control of his Porsche while going at least 130 mph ... eventually crashing into a tree. The sports car burst into flames upon impact. Toxicology results show that Dunn was drunk at the time of the crash.

There will be a public funeral service that will take place later this week. Picketers from the Westboro Baptist Church are expected. The funeral director, Joe DellaVecchia, says police will be present to maintain control. He adds:

"We can't stop someone from coming to a public funeral, but this is private, and the police have everything under control"

Johnny Knoxville was keeping his sprits up while out and about in LA on Tuesday, and we offered our condolences for the sudden loss of his close friend and Jackass costar, Ryan Dunn.

Dunn was like a brother to the Jackass creator, so we can imagine how hard it's been for him, and the entire cast.

Dunn's blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit when he crashed his Porsche 911 around 2:30am Monday morning, killing both himself and Jackass member Zach Hartwell.

Knoxville and Hartwell worked on the second Jackass film together, and after finding out he was in the car with Dunn, Knoxville took to his facebook, expressing: "I would like to send my love out to the family of Zach Hartwell. I am very sorry for your loss."

Police have confirmed that Jackass star Ryan Dunn was drunk when he drove his Porsche off a Pennsylvania road Monday morning, killing himself and his passenger.

In fact, sadly, Dunn was very drunk. Autopsy and toxicology reports reveal that his blood alcohol level was .196 ... the legal limit in Pennsyvlania is .08. He was driving at 130 MPH.

Dunn Tweeted photos of himself drinking just hours before his death. He and his passenger, production assistant Zachary Hartwell, were killed upon impact before the vehicle burst into flames.

Said local Police Chief Michael Carroll: "I've never seen a car destroyed in an automobile accident the way this car was even before it caught on fire. The automobile actually came apart. It was unbelievable and I've been on a lot of fatal accident scenes. This is by far the worst I've seen."

Dunn's Jackass co-stars and friends of more than 10 years, including Johnny Knoxville and Bam Margera, have been devastated by the news of Dunn's death. He was 34.

We caught up with Jackass creator Johnny Knoxville in LA on Tuesday, and offered our condolences for the sudden loss of his close friend/costar, Ryan Dunn.

Dunn died in a fiery crash early Monday morning, after Tweeting a pic of himself and his buds drinking at a bar in West Chester Pa, not too far from where the Jackass star grew up.

Movie critic Roger Ebert took to his Twitter to post a warning for those who drink and drive, but his message stuck a nerve.

Ebert Tweeted: “friends don’t let jackasses drink and drive” to his 480,000 followers, which prompted an outpouring of negative responses. Ebert’s Facebook page was immediately removed for violating Terms of Use, but came back online a few hours after.

When X17 asked Knoxville about Ebert's insensitive Tweet, the Jackass star replied, "I don't think too much about that guy."

Officials are awaiting toxicology reports to determine whether alcohol played a role in the crash, or if it was due to excessive speed.

Jackass star Johnny Knoxville is sharing his thoughts following the death of his co-star Ryan Dunn. Knoxville Tweeted:

"Today I lost my brother Ryan Dunn. My heart goes out to his family and his beloved Angie RIP Ryan, I love you buddy."

Dunn and an unidentified passenger were killed early this morning just outside of Pennsylvania after his Porsche smashed into a tree.

The 34-year-old actor had Tweeted a photo of himself with friends drinking at a party hours before the fatal wreck. Police have not determined whether alcohol was the cause of the accident.
