A source tells Star magazine, "Jon said he really wants to hook up with Lindsay Lohan, Kristin Cavallari and Whitney Port." Jon has reportedly "crafted a 'hit list' of starlets he'd like to add to the notches on his bedpost."

I don't want to trample on his dreams, but maybe he should be aiming for the likes of Bai Ling or Phoebe Price? Scratch that...Phoebs is waaaay too classy for him!

“He’s like a kid in a candy store and going absolutely wild,” Star's source continues. “He definitely isn't on the prowl for another wife. He’s even been with two girls on the same day - and it’s still not enough!”

UHHH, that last bit was way TMI.

As Jon Gosselin prepares to face TLC in court over their breach-of-contract suit, Michael Lohan reveals to X17online that he also breached a contract with Star reporter Kate Majors that cost her her job.

In an e-mail, Michael tells us:

"I am in the midst of traveling, and it was just brought to my attention that Mark Heller has tried to dismiss the credibility and legality of the "prommisory" note Jon Gosselin wrote for/to Kate Major.

To begin with, any educated attorney will concur that a hand written note or even a verbal promise, are legally binding.

Once more, I was there when Jon promised to employ Kate if she resigned from her position at The Star Magazine. Not only did my fiance', Erin Muller and I, tell Kate not to do this, but we questioned Jon on his intentions.

Not only did Jon express his scincerity as related to hiring Kate, but he also confided in me that his intentions to have a relationship with Kate, were true. He told me that he was going to leave Hailey, and nutrture a relationship with Kate Major.
Since this time, Jon has violated the trust of every person in our circle that he has met. Moral obligations, financial arrangements and even personal promises, have been broken, with hope that he would better benifit himself.

Proof enough is that after I, personally, brought him to Michael and Mark Heller, he has kept me out of the loop and has not disclosed many of the money making promotions and projects he has contracted, through Michael Heller or me.
I have recorded conversations of Jon, Mark, Michael, myself and others, negotiating deals for Jon and even committing to projects.

There was even a written book deal for 90 days, which Jon and Mark breached in 30.
The point of the matter is, Jon Gosselin and his representation have lied, cheated and deceived the people around them, who were there for him the most. And if push comes to shove, I have plenty of evidence to prove it.

Thank God, that when I felt I was being lied to or deceived, I recorded my conversations, to prove my case. People can knock me all they want, but facts are facts, and it's hard to deny what is said. If need be, you will hear the TRUTH!"

Both Michael Lohan and Kate Majors will be deposed in the case against Jon which begins December 14th, and it looks like they've got plenty of evidence to prove TLC's case!

The reality star's bodyguard has claimed he witnessed Jon Gosselin, estranged hubby of Kate, both snort cocaine AND make a sex tape...

But Jon's rep tells Us that "it is truly false. It's sad that people are picking this up."

Admittedly, the story did seem a little far-fetched, even for Jon. But who knows at this point! Hopefully the family can find a way to pick up the pieces for the kids.

Ho ho ho!

While Kate is probably gritting her teeth at the idea of being in the same house as her estranged hubby, Jon and the kids don't seem to mind!

In a recent interview with PopEater, Jon reveals that he will be under the same roof as Kate for Christmas! When asked about his holiday schedule, Jon said, "Christmas Eve and Christmas day are joint-shared custody days, which means we're both in the house. So we'll be there."

Maybe Jon will dress up as Santa? He's certainly got the body for it!

The reality TV star shot a bit for Extra in Times Square late on Monday, and for once he actually looked spiffy all dolled up!

Also spotted with Jon G., another fellow Jon - PR guru Jonathan Cheban of Command PR. Apparently they chatted about "getting involved with various children's charities," so says Cheban's Twitter.

Maybe Gosselin's on a mission to give back? Go him!

Jon Gosselin isn't taking TLC's breach-of-contract suit lying down. He's counter-suing the network that made him famous for $5 million dollars.

In the suit, Jon contends that "TLC is preventing him from earning a living with a contract that is too restrictive," according to Radar Online. Quite interesting that he chose this tactic when you consider that Jon was the one who blocked TLC from continuing to shoot the kids, rendering Jon & Kate Plus 8 and Kate Plus 8 defunct.

TLC's suit claims Jon entered into negotiations for various reality shows and made appearances without their consent, which constituted a breach-of-contract. He's expected to appear for that case in a Maryland courtroom on December 14th, where he'll have to watch as former lovers and friends testify for the prosecution.

Michael Lohan may have to drop the dime on Divorced Dad's Club Member Jon Gosselin for TLC's breach of contract suit.

E! reports that the net has a lengthy list of people that include Lohan, Hailey Glassman and others who may have engaged or overheard Jon in negotiations for other projects.

Such talks would constitute a breach-of-contract, as Jon's agreement with TLC would prohibit any negotiations while he was still under contract with the net.

Jon also could be in major trouble for his paid appearances on Entertainment Tonight and The Insider, as those also go against his TLC deal.

Uh-oh, sounds like Jon could be in a heap of trouble!

Talk about father of the year! But consider this: Kate must be delighted that she doesn't have to deal with Jon and his drama at the dinner table, and it seems like Hailey might be getting her way too, so everyone wins!

In a new interview with ET, Hailey says, "My family and I would never let him eat Thanksgiving dinner alone in an apartment. He's coming to our house for Thanksgiving. I don't care." That certainly seems like an invitation extended directly to Jon, but what about the breakup that they just talked about the day before?

"I still planned on going to her house on Thanksgiving, that was on my schedule," Jon said. Since the two just announced their split, Hailey seemed understandably confused, saying, "On your schedule? What do you mean, 'On my schedule?'" Hailey responded. She then snarkily added, "Let's see, Kate has the kids, and she's having a nice huge meal with Steve and his family. Uh, let's see, should I go to Hailey's or should I sit in my apartment all alone?"

Jon said, "Sorry, I used the wrong term. I plan on going - I made a promise to her family I would go to her house." Even though Hailey seemed fine with Jon spending his turkey day with her moments earlier, she then interjected, "Made a promise? You're not doing my family any favors!"

Hailey calmed down and added, "We know what the right thing to do is. We know what we both need. He needs to do his thing and I need to do my thing. We both know this."

Make up your minds guys!

Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman's joint Entertainment Tonight interview doesn't air until tomorrow, but we already got a sneak peek at the promo, and at one point during the sit down, Jon gets so pissed, he stomps off!

After going back and forth about taking a break, Hailey tells Mary Hart that every time she tries to dump the father of eight, he breaks down into tears. "As hard as it is for us, he needs to go handle his stuff, be with his family and handle his divorce, and I need to go and be a 22-year-old and get my life back," she says.

When the quarrelsome couple starts taking about breaking up permanently, Hailey says, "I do love you, and you tell me you love me ... we would love each other and we want to be with each other, but it's not healthy!" When Jon says he's not going to talk anymore, Hailey continues to provoke him, saying, "Don't you want them to look up to you and say, 'My daddy's honest?'" Jon (who at this point, sounds like he's about to explode!) sputters, "I'm not talking about this," and then storms off.

Just a thought ... if you didn't want to talk about it, why would you agree to appear on TV in the first place?

During a tearful interview on The Insider, Hailey Glassman revealed that she had been emotionally abused by her (now) ex-boyfriend Jon Gosselin, but new reports say that the entire thing was made up by Jon to get the couple the cash they so desperately need right now!

A source told Fox 411, "Jon actually made the decision to have Hailey go on air and bad mouth him. Jon and Hailey get paid for their appearances on these shows and they need the money." The source continues, "It was easy for Hailey to conjure tears, their lives are less than stellar right now, but Jon hasn't abused [her]."

Apparently Jon's so desperate for cash that he's willing to do just about anything right now -- even the Octomom reality show!

"His whole team heard of the project and was involved in brokering the possible deal," the source revealed of the "Jon - Kate = Jon + Octomom" idea (which he previously denied ever being involved with.) The Gosselin insider continued, "His managers, lawyers and publicists need to get something rolling for him or he won't be able to pay them. Jon doesn't have a big bank account loaded with money. He has to do something and this would have been funny, plus Hailey had no problem going along with the fake dates and pretending to be upset. She is along for the ride and enjoys being on TV."

So if Jon and Hailey lied about this, are they lying about breaking up as well?

Can someone say "Balloon Boy"?

While Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman may not be totally dunzo, the classy couple are officially taking a break ... for now. In a statement to ET, Jon says:

"I have been overly stressed, distraught and angry with everything going on in my life. It has been overwhelming, and at times I have taken it all out on Hailey ... I will forever love Hailey. I see how all this has truly hurt her. She has not been happy and hates the media light that she has been put in. She is in no way a home wrecker. That's absolutely ridiculous and false when the world calls her that! She has given up her happiness the last 7 months and taken the brunt of my anger and the world's disappointment of Kate and I separating for my well-being ... Hailey says she thinks it's a good idea that we both take some time right now and focus on each of our individual lives."

Rumors of a Jon/Hailey breakup had been going around for a few days now, but this is the first confirmation we've heard from Jon himself. After Hailey's cryptic tweets, we figured we'd hear something from Jon sooner or later, but the question is ... how soon will these two get back together? If they're really the soul mates they say they are, we give them a few months before they're snuggling under Jon's Ed Hardy blankets together!

Seems like Jon's "spiritual adviser" Rabbi Shmuley Boteach is helping Jon with more than just his spirituality -- he's also giving him relationship advice!

Boteach told Page Six that during a counseling session, "I have advised him to end it with Hailey. It is unacceptable to be in a relationship when he is still married and has to take care of kids who are hurting. It is not a healthy relationship."

Gosselin will apparently announce the split during his "public apology" at the West Side Synagogue tomorrow night. Ironically, it was Hailey and her Jewish heritage that led Jon to seek out the help of the Rabbi in the first place.

Shmuley went on to say, "Jon will either be remembered as a man who cheats on his wife and is intoxicated by fame, or a man who has fought to redeem himself."

But does this apology come too little too late?

First with Kate, now with Hailey!

An insider tells Extra that "they're taking a break," but it might not be permanent. Hmm, what to think!

Apparently, Jon met with famed Rabbi Shmuley Boteach (who advised MJ as well) and then came to the conclusion that he "needed to spend some time on his own."

So I guess it was his choice and not Hailey's, who was already putting up with his "emotionally abusive" behavior...

Wonder if this makes Kate happy!

Jon Gosselin will be making a public apology for his recent bad behavior at New York's West Side Synagogue this Sunday.

In a statement, Gosselin said:

"I am well aware that my behavior over the past few months has not always reflected my personal and religious values. I further accept that I have allowed myself to become somewhat severed from my own moral anchor and be carried away by the challenges of fame.

I have therefore agreed to a forum at New York's West Side Synagogue this Sunday where I intend to publicly apologize in a sacred space to those whom I have hurt. I wish for the public to know my regret at having, at times, betrayed the moral principles that have always guided me."

Jon, who turned down the chance to star in another reality show with Octomom, also issued another apology, this one aimed directly at his girlfriend Hailey Glassman who told The Insider that she suffered emotional abuse from the father-of-eight.

"I am grateful for her emotional support," Jon began, "and I regret any pain that my actions have caused her as she has selflessly born the pressures I have endured under the media glare."

Looks like this guy has a lot to apologize for! Let's just hope he's issuing some of these apologies in private to the ones who deserve it the most: his eight kids.

Ah, that pea coat is too tight!

The reality TV dad landed at LAX Wednesday night and, immediately upon getting outside, Jon lit up a nice warm cig. Yes, I know everyone in Hollywood smokes at this point, but that doesn't make it okay! Especially when you have eight kids...

The emotional Hailey Glassman interview we told you about yesterday doesn't air on The Insider until tonight, but they've released some heart-wrenching footage from the segment which shows a completely shattered Glassman crying as she reveals her heartache.

She's only ever seemed like a supremely confident 22-year-old, but now Hailey is finally breaking down after the "abuse" she's suffered by Jon.

"I can't do this anymore, I can't take it," she tells the Insider team as tears stream down her face. "If you really love me, let me go."

"I put my entire life on hold and everywhere I go people are whispering, 'there's the homewrecker,'" Hailey sobs.

Some of the other questions she'll answer tonight are "Would you marry him?", "What do you really think of Kate?", "Are you here to break up with Jon?" and "Does Jon abuse you?"

Even though Hailey's come off as a bit brash in the past, she's surprisingly vulnerable in this interview and I actually caught myself feeling sorry for her!

Whoa, I thought this was true love!

Hailey Glassman is sitting down with ET's The Insider for a two-part interview this Thursday and Friday to talk about "being emotionally abused" by Jon Gosselin. Yeah!

The 22-year-old claims: "I don't know why I love him" at this point. "He has 'mantrums.' I cry and say, 'why are you so mean to me?' He takes it out on me," reveals Hailey.

She also says that Jon will "dance and dance around his lies. He's like Jekyll and Hyde."

Uh, so why are you still with him??? Is it for the fame? Not so, says Hailey: "I want my name to be forgotten."
