Unfortunately 2:21 it is you that is out of touch. Customarily, divorcing parents are given separate visitation times on holidays and birthdays. Mutually shared visitation time is not customarily given unless it is stipulated in the agreement. If it doesn't say it in the paperwork....it is not enforceable and he will be asked to leave if it is not his visitation...just like she would if it were not her visitation time.
