How does it take two people to break up a marriage? One person could completely ruin it! I'm not referring to John and Kate, but there are definitely circumstances in which it is basically entirely one person's fault. What are you guys smoking?

Why do the kids play in the front in view of the cameras all the time? They have acres of land...most families use their backyards. This is child exploitation in the sickest sense. If they hate the paparazzi they should not be out front on display like little animals in a pet shop.

If you have watched the show you know that Jon put up with Kate's boorish, bullying, controlling, mean behavior for toooo long.

Even now, after all this, Kate is always on the PHONE when she is around her kids and even SLAPPED the smallest child for daring to PLAY when KATE was on the PHONE. (Oh, but she "loves" her kids And KATE SAYS SHE "will do "anything" for her kids"- EXCEPT GET OFF THE PHONE WHILE THE KIDS ARE PLAYING!

If Kate had been smart, she would have learned to be more loving and fun, instead of a mean Bit*ch. How stupid Kate is for being so overcontrolling, she LOST everything, because in divorce you LOSE all control.

Now she will still try to control, but JON has learned the hard way that if you give an inch to Kate, she'll grab your whole hand, so he is being more careful to protect himself and stand up for himself finally.

KATE: Who is going to shower and dress your kids now that Jon isn't around for you to bully into it?? Your bodyguards will have to do all your work for you now that Jon isn't there for you to scream at.

It sounds as though he wanted out of the reality show a long time ago. But she offered him an open marriage contract so that he would continue taping the show. He probably met this Deana person ( the lady they say he had an affair with ) during that time and she offered him something Kate could never give him. RESPECT!! Now he is mad that Kate has been calling the shots for too long. He finally is standing up for himself. Kate is trying to make it look as though he cheated on her, when really she was on board with it the whole time. Now that it is all coming out she wants to look like he cheated on her. She just loves the publicity. TLC needs to balls up and quit the show for them. What will the new show be called: John and Kate go on seperate dates??

I've watched this show from the beginning, and I gotta say... anyone who couldn't see all this coming is delusional! A man can only be treated in such a demeaning, demasculating, way for so long.

Everyone can say what they will about Jon being lazy, because he didn't step up & take charge sooner. I for one completely disagree! Does Kate seriously strike you as one who could be controlled? NO WAY! Especially not someone that she so obviously had little to no respect for.

I like Jon, and would not watch the show if it were just Kate & the kids. She drives me CRAZY, and much much more so now that she is so darn full of herself!! I lost interest in her long ago, and stopped watching last season. I couldn't take how often she would tear Jon down. It just got seriously old. If I felt that way, imagine how Jon must have felt!!!

I'm terribly sad for the kids, but in the end I think they will come out of this ok. As ok as a child who lives through a divorce can be anyway. Jon was stiffled by Kate. You could see his genuine interest in playing w/ his kids, and how often she critiqued his every move as he did so. The kids can finally have fun now that they get a break from anal, self indulgent, Kate once in awhile!!

I think you all have too much time on your hand. What do you know anyways? Have you been in their house when the cameras weren't around? You're just making assumptions! How many women would be happy if their husband is irresponsible and screwing other women while they're taking care of the kids? By the way, in a family, especially in a family with that many kids, someone has to establish order and control. Sadly, more and more the women are the ones that have to financially support the family and discipline the kids. Most women would love to have their husbands be real men and do what they're supposed to do!

Why don't they go behind the house? It's a lot more private there. The footage here is boring. I'd rather wait and watch the show rather than this what looks like amateur video garbage.

Jon could not have stood up to Kate. She has far too strong of a personality and when he did try to defend himself, she was always louder and more aggressive. Having watched the show from Day One, it was inevitable that Jon would eventually reach his limit of endurance. The kids will be okay, staying in the same home and no more arguing for them to hear.

He was in IT and even got a better job and worked from home to help out. Kate had him quit so she could tour for her book signing, the loving thoughtful "Mom" that she is needs to run around to her fans now! I don't understand why she didn't just make a scrapbook? one of the past episodes showed them in home movies before they got married and when they got married. they were totally in love with each other. Kate didn't seem to be the same way back then. I guess when you got 8 kids who are very young and your husband has to be told 2-3 times to do something, then you would get a bit bitchy and it gets old very very fast. Even when she would be supposed to be playing with them, she would bark to Jon to be cleaning up the garage. Trips when they were young was full of Kate moaning and groaning and complaining and barking orders to Jon.

Were you there when he supposedly cheated? With a greedy, self-centered, bitch of a wife such as her, what man wouldn't leave? If she wanted a certain type, she should have married that type, instead of marry Jon & then trying to control & change him. Biggest mistake lots of women make in choosing mates! Seems to me she is the one needing to change. Doesn't look like it's much fun for the kids either, maybe they don't want to be on camera 24/7. Maybe they just want to be kids! I think it eats Kate up, that her children love their father so much. Maybe if she weren't such a lunatic, more nurturing & caring about her kids and not all the hype, she might feel that same love. But she can't let go of the money & fame, her kids are tired & her husband is fed-up with it all. But again, the money, freebies & fame comes first, everything else including kids & husband takes a distant third!!

And remember ladies, if you feel the need to change or control your future husband/boyfriend/significant other, then obviously he's not the one for you...and don't get stupid when he does venture elsewhere.

Kate dumped Jon first. Jon didn't cheat on her. Although Kate wants to make the world believe that she is a victim so she can have her popularity and keep selling things to people.

Kate's brother, Kevin, said Jon came to him and his wife one day to talk. He said Jon was very distraught and told them that Kate might be having an affair with the silver hair bodyguard. Whenever Kate is going on a book tour, it's just her and the bodyguard on a trip. Jon said he confronted Kate and Kate told Jon "it's over".

Kate dumped Jon. Kate's brother is the witness. After Jon got dumped, he started going out.

What would you do if you just got dumped by your wife? Would you just continue to stay home and have no friends and no life besides family life? Or you would go out to meet some people.

Jon has been really kind to Kate for taking the heat and letting people believe he is the fault guy. He has never mentioned about Kate dumped him and Kate had an affair first. He doesn't dare to call his brother-in-law a liar because his brother in law didn't lie and actually tried to help Jon tell the truth.

I am actually angry at Jon for letting Kate take advantage of him like that. He is not setting a good example for his kids. He is the doormat. No one should take the blame for the real evil one, Kate. He is enabling Kate to cheat, lie and manipulate. His kids will be ruined by Kate if nodbody stops Kate for being so low. How do we really know that either one cheated? They each said that in people mag that they didn't and maybe they are telling the truth?

Jon states that he is a 32 yr. old man who is "excited" about the next chapter of his life.

I guess that means he's entitled to exit "stage left" if he pleases, but I think he needs to "man-up" and act more age appropriate.

Being on a reality show isn't going to ruin his children's lives, but his "Peter Pan" approach to life doing them any favors. Jon hasn't dealt with his unwillingness to confront his wife on an adult level. He isn't problem solving. He's escaping their issues rather than resolving them. There's no growth there.

He's not legally or emotionally free to take on romantic entanglements with other women. He's plainly not available yet. At this point, Jon is doomed to repeat the same mistakes over and over again.

Jon is passive and emotionally immature. He needs to straighten out his career, become financially secure, learn to take charge of his own life, become independent, and get his affairs in order before getting tangled up in another relationship.

He can't man-up while he lays the blame for everything at Kate's feet. Kate could only control him if he allowed her to. He's responsible for that. That's not how "REAL MEN" act. Jon whines and rolls his eyes, he isn't ready to be a "prime-time" adult 32 yr. old male at this point. He acted like a juvenile and she responded to him like the brat he is.

Jon should not fall into the trap of following Kate's custody orders that give her freedom and independence and him not.

Jon can show the tapes of himself doing almost all the work in the house. Showing Kate screaming haranguing hitting Jon, hitting Leah, Kate always traveling, Kate always on the phone, Kate incapable of taking care of the kids herself without having screaming meltdown fits of hysteria and meanness, Kate relying on bodyguards and Nannies to help with almost every aspect of childcare without Jon, because Jon used to do all the work, Kate now sitting and eating salads and spending all her time dressing up and doing her hair, while the kids have to fend for themselves.

The only time Kate spends time with her kids now actually is when the cameras are rolling and some organized paid activity or vacation is happening with lots of cameras, assistants, nannies, and bodyguards, while Kate barks orders at everyone and she just stands around commenting about how great she is handling "BEING ALONE" (ha!!) with the kids.

The last time Kate actually sat with her kids while they played, she ended up slapping Leah for "being too loud" while Kate was on the phone. KATE ACTUALLY SLAPPED HER MEAL TICKET, LEAH, WHO ALLOWS HER MOTHR TO MAKE MILLIONS OFF OF HER BEING A CUTE SEXTUPLET, KATE HAD THE NERVE TO SLAP THE KID WHOSE LIFE IS BEING FILMED FOR KATE TO MAKE MILLIONS.

Kate hates the Paparazzi cameras, But not the TLC cameras- Why?

1. She makes money off of the TLC cameras.

2. The Paparazzi cameras catch her on the PHONE at all times that she is with the kids when not filming the show.

3. the Paparazzi cameras catch her being neglectful and abusive, and with tons of helpers, and she cannot edit that out like she does with the TLC footage

4. The TLC footage is edited to give the impression that Kate is "alone" with the kids, when in fact she is surrounded by Nannies, Assistants, Bodyguards.

Kate doesn't hate the Paprazzi because just today she was shown posing in her blue bikini exposing her cottage-cheese ass for the whole world to see. Who you kidding, she loves the Paparrazzi 'cause they are the only ones who actually pay her any mind
