Jon Gosselin's NYC Apartment Robbed And Vandalized

Well, apparently someone still cares about Jon Gosselin, and they care enough to break into his NYC apartment and give him the Sienna Miller treatment...and then some!
Jon found his place burglarized and severely vandalized when he returned home from spending Christmas in Pennsylvania, and it looks like someone really went all out! There was $100,000 worth of damage and several reports claim that the word "cheater" was carved into the headboard of Jon's bed with a large knife! Ha! I don't know what's better - that or the word spraypainted outside of Sienna's house back in the day...
Anyway, Jon's rep released the following statement about the situation:
"This is no minor incident. The police are investigating. He walked into his apartment and it was a disaster. The couch was cut up, his kids' Wiii is missing, his blu ray DVD player is gone, the pots and pans are gone, the couch was sliced up, all of his clothes and shoes are all sliced and torn up. And the knives were left in there."
It's also being reported that a note with a knife sticking through it was left on the kitchen counter with ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman's signature on it! I doubt she'd do something that stupid, but she did just move out, and she's been venting about Jon and the apartment on Twitter!
Hmmm, who do you think did it? Homewrecking Hailey or an obsessed fan?
We'd love to see a pic of that headboard though!

I hate Jon and Kate no favortism here! This smells of insurance fraud dude has no income got slapped with a five figure a month child support payments. He may not be broke yet but he's on his way and he knows it's. Unfortunatly I believe he maybe stupid enough to do it if someone talked him into it.
Hailey hired Michael Lohan's attorney to represent her in this mess! Isn't that a bit odd that attorney Stephanie Ovadia represents both Hailey and Lohan???
