I saw you belittle your wife moments before she was to give birth to your six children. Being snide and unsupportive and chastizing her for panicing... she was about to give birth to six kids!!!! That is ABUSE Jon!!!

I suppose if the tables were turned and he was the one traveling every week to work while she was taking care of the kids everyone would say suck it up atleast he is supporting his family...give me a break it takes two to make or break a relationship they are both at fault for ignoring the signs that their relationship was falling apart...then again it may be the best thing for all of the children...Ask them in twenty years and you will hear the oopions that really matter...also everyone should remeber that every bad word you say regarding John and Kate has the potential to be thrown back at those kids at school, at the palyground etc. They did not choose their parents or their circumstance however they are very much a part of each one of their parents and all those negative words can be taken personally by a young child.

In a TLC interview. They ask Jon what if the roles were reversed and he was the one that wrote a book and did the publicity tour. ... he didn't get it... all he good do was scoff and laugh.. I can't write a book.. yeah no kidding.... He could NOT get his head around that if the roles were reversed.. Jon would think it was just great. He just HATED being a stay at home DAD and he has NO respect for Kate's talent and abilities.

I think it is really tragic that a father of eight that inlcudes five daughters that this man so obviously disrespects women. He supports the Las Vegas bimbo scene. The impression Jon gave at last season's ending was that he hated the attention, loss of privacy and did not want to continue like that. Why is he now constantly in the limelight? He is going to wild pool parties, running from woman to woman, talking to paparazzi at his fence and constantly throwing himself out there to be filmed. Don't even get me started on Kate! Both parents are guilty of exploiting their kids under the pretext that everything they do is for their kids...it's for Jon and Kate who are two greedy, spoiled people who use their children for monetary gain. Their kids will be emotionally scarred forever from this experience.

Jon needs to suck it up and be a man. Seriously, Kate atleast is working to support her family and who cares if she has to be away for a week at a time. For those who have parents that work in the business field that's a reality in a lot of their households. He needs to stop being a baby and grow up and get a job! At times I admired how he handled those situations. He was upset but if he tried to argue his point she would just get louder and nastier and he didn't have a chance. Any guy that stuck that out for 10 long years and probably because of the kids is a good guy.

Work out his marriage with Kate? Not a chance. Give her six months and she'd be back to her old controlling ways. That's what therapists say - the good behaviour lasts about six months and then the slip back to their original behaviour.

Let's be real here...This couple started out with two kids, careers and a normal life. Jon's family already had money. Kate was a normal wife & mother. Then she decides to pull an Octomom, therefore making the decision to be responsible for these children. Not saying Jon is off the hook by any means, but it was her who insisted on doing this, regardless of how Jon felt. It was all about the money from the gitty-up for her. Then the tummy tuck & plastic surgery started, the money was rolling in, the fame was overwhelming, but she was totally loving it and wanted it all. She had to control every move, every word, all of it! She totally disrespected her husband at every moment, criticizing & tearing him down, IN FRONT OF HIS CHILDREN & THE WORLD!! Yes, Jon should have put his big boy pants on, but he was more involved with his children, his intentions were about being with his children, adjusting to all that was brought on by Kate and her greed. She is not the same woman who was pregnant with six kids back then, she has totally changed, self-absored, selfish, egotistical, greedy, fame hungry and all about her & her money. You don't just up and leave your 8 kids for weeks at a time to self-promote your own selfish agenda. Those children are your first and only priority!!! I love that she as a woman is ambitious, but you made this all happen and then got caught up in all the hoopla. When things started going wrong, all of a sudden she wants to be at home with the kids, trying to make it seem like you're the best mother in the world and Jon is just a retard & useless man. Oops, now Jon is leaving/divorcing you and you just can't seem to unglue yourself from your kids...for the camera's? So that everyone is stupid enough to not know the game! Everything is her's, the money, the kids, the house, the fame, EVERYTHING! The bitch needs to grow up and put her kids & family first. I totally agree with you and I am a woman. If a man spoke to and abused his wife the way Kate did to Jon on that show there would be an outrage. She put him between a rock and a hard place. I don't condone his recent actions, but I really, at the same time, don't think he has done anything horrible that can't be corrected. I think he acted out once he left her to rebuild some of his self-esteem she had taken over the past few years. Watch some of the old shows she is an abusive spouse, Jon was the abused.

He isn't even a real man, anyway. He always seemed like a sissy. "Lame fish" sums him up pretty well. For him to have agreed to the show in the first place tells you what kind of guy he is: lazy, opportunist, egotistical. He should care about sheltering his family, not putting them all over TV. A woman can be irrational and emotional, but it takes a strong man to reel her in and set the rules.

You mean he takes his time with his kids seriously by hiring a babysitter during his time with them so he can go clubbing? Give me a break. Kate is the one making the money to support them so he should watch HIS children. She has to promote the book. She spends more quality time with their kids then he does. He makes me sick.

I never once saw Jon console Kate, compliment her and be proud of her. How many surprises did Kate plan for Jon? I never once saw Jon plan a surprise for Kate.
