Jon's Lawyer Fires Back: TLC Is A "Monster!"

The little man is angry because he got booted out of the show. NOW he is so concerned about his children and the toll the show took on his family. Well, too late for all the pretending that you're some sort of caring angel. You took the free hair transplant, free motorcycle, free this and that already. You're not a real man. You are a freeloader exploiting your kids so you don't have to get a real job to support them.

Team John, if only because there is a chance the Gosselin family will get the *f* off my television set, get their children into therapy and just disappear off my radar.

As was said, the children will suffer the most - sad.

He had no problem "exploiting" his children when he was benefitting from it. Now that he's not he's a loving and concerned father? this guy is an embarassment to his family, not an asset. Hope Kate wins this one, and I don't even like her much.

TLC is gross. They have ripped off the childhood of these little kids and have profited the most from it. TLC, Jon and Kate all have let the greedy monsters in them take over, and money has become the priority over the kids. I NEVER will watch TLC. I even boycotted Kelly Rippa and Mark C's new show because it was on TLC. I would of liked to watch that new show but no way was I going to watch anything on the disgusting TLC channel. Note to all future good tv shows, please don't put your show on TLC, because that really is The Loser Channel now.

5:32pm Wonder what the Vegas odds are that one of those kids will write a tell-all some day? Other odds would be how many of the kids someday will try and sue TLC for "lost childhood", of course they will also be suing their parents. What are the odds any other future exists???

Jon is brilliant. He was acting out to get himself fired. Now he is fired. He is no longer under contract. He can get his kids out of the contract. And he wants his lawyer to pay the 8 children money for the work they did for the last 4 years.

If the kids get the money, they will be all set. They will be off TV but have trust fund.

Did you hear what Kate's lawyer said? He said if Jon wanted the kids off TV, Jon should have gone to court to fight the contract he already signed last year. So when Jon was under the contract, he had to go to court to get his kids off TV. That could take months.

Now he gets fired and the contract is no longer effective. He can stop the TV production now.

Kate's lawyer was really mean and he didn't want the kids off the show as if he owns the children. It's a family issue. The lawyer is getting in the way and wants the kids to fulfill contracts.

I don't like Kate's lawyer. That fat guy has no concern of the kids'well being. He only sees this as business.

At least Jon's lawyer seems to treat it like a family matter.

I was a Jon & Kate Plus 8 viewer because of how wholesome the family used to be. MONEY and FAME is what drove the couple to where they are now. It is incredible how both Jon and Kate have transformed to celebrities and loving every minute of it. How sad. I used to love the show but now they have left a bad taste in my mouth. Let's focus more on important issues...economics, wars and better education.

So, John, how are you going to provide for your family now? You don't have a job anymore, and because of you Kate doesn't have one either. Now, I am taking it for granted that Kate is making money from the sales of her books, but will that be enough to support the 8 children you won't be able to support? You will not be able to get all the free goodies that you were able to get for the children now. No more Crooked Houses, no more trips to the beach, no more free matching clothes, no more free groceries, no more free motorcycles for you, no more nothing Jon! I hope that Kate wins this little war! The children are not being exploited by the show, if they were you would be able to see it on screen. The people who have been producing and filming the show are like family to thos children.

Get off of your high horse and be a real man Jon. If you really want to save your marriage with Kate, then go for it, but you would have to be able to support Kate and the children. You will have to find the money to send them all to college.

You now own an apartment in New York? Who is paying for that apartment? TLC because you were making a salary with them, quite good salary at that. How did you afford the new house? Your salary from TLC, or was that a freeby too?

Kate will come out on top in this divorce, she is the one who cares about the children's welfare. She is the one who has raised these children, and she done a fantastic job! You on the other hand, haven't done so much from what anyone could see on the show.

I am most definetly on Jon's side. Even before this happened, I have been on his side. I am a married woman now, but I was single with 3 daughters that I raised on my own. I was always surprised that Jon stayed with the B**th for so long. How did she expect her marriage to work when she spoke to him as if he was a complete idiot? Yeah, maybe he did wrong by jumping into another relationship (or more) so soon, but think about it. After years of putting up with her, do you blame him? Good, for you Jon, Stop The Madness Now!!!

I agree with you 7:11, Jon is finally growing some balls and standing up for himself. He said very publicly months and months ago, on the show, that he did not want to continue it. He's finally standing up for himself and also bringing his family back into his life, which he wasn't *allowed* to do in Kate's world.

I agree that the show should be taken off the air but I really think that Jon should have waited until he has another source of income to support his family before he made it impossible for Kate to support them. It does seem spiteful and ill timed. How are they going to support their kids and pay their mortgage now?

John wanted to stop the show a long time ago. Did you guys not notice how Kate spoke and acted with him? She was the boss. Poor thing never stood up for himself. Did you guys not notice how she refused to give water to the little brat Mady? She is ALL about the money!!!The show just needs to end PERIOD! ENOUGH! Everyone in the family received FREE stuff! Kate is the one who went on more trips than Jon. They don't need millions to support the family. Get a regular job. Kate is a loser if she thinks the ONLY way she can support her children is by filming their life. WHATEVER!

If Jon wanted to stop the show and if he cared about his children and fixing this he wouldn't be in the lime light all the time. He would stop interviews, lay low and take care of things. He is making it worse doing interviews that make him look pathetic.
