Kate withdrew the money and put it in the children's accounts for their future. That is 8 of the 11 accounts out there. This means that Jon is now going after the children's money!

Kate went on National TV and lied to everyone saying she didn't have enough money to pay her bills. But really all she had to do was transfer some money from one account to the other. That's really sick that she feels so entitled that she shouldn't have to pay her bills using money she doesn't WANT to spend. She should be the poster child for greed and selfishness.

That's just stupid. The account he took money out of was the joint account which was for paying bills. Why in the world should she have to pay all of both of their bills out of any other account? The other accounts are probably for the kids and if she took that money I'm pretty sure we'd all be bitching about that.

You have no idea if this is what happened or even if those 8 accounts you are talking about belong to the children. You are making things up.

Why do so many of you just blindly believe Kate who has a million dollar PR team behind her and three teams of attorney's, one being a high powered highly paid one from LA. Tell us, why does a little housewife from PA need that attorney from LA, who is paying for all of Kate's attorney's?

The joint account Kate ALLEGES that Jon took so much money from was the account that their TLC paycheck was deposited in. According to the custody agreement, which was posted on another website, there is another account for paying the bills and both Kate and Jon each are required to deposit $7,500 amonth into it. That money is for the mortgages, household expenses, schooling, food and care of the children. They have joint custody and the house(s) 50/50) so they are both required to fund that account and Kate who has been assigned to pay the bills is the only one with access to that account.

Jon has not stopped Kate from earning a living, all he has done is say she cannot use THEIR children to do that by having them be on television.

The only time you see her with the kids is when she is on the phone in her white plastic chair screaming at them, or when TLC is paying to film her at some location. She wouldn't even look at half of you that support her and the other half she would probably stick her nose up at and turn her back. Just because there is a divorce does not mean the woman is the harmed party.

Excuse me, but Jon has used his children to earn a living from TLC, too. AND he continues to do so. Now he has a deal with Entertainment Tonight, and just a few days ago ET filmed Jon with the twins when they had a birthday.

So don't try to tell us he is being considerate of his children when he has another film crew following him around now filming him with the children. Don't believe me? Go on the ET website, there is a picture of Jon with the twins taken just a few days ago. ET also had a television report about it. So this shows Jon to be a big, fat, HYPOCRITE!

Kate is certainly no innocent, but Jon has shown in the past few months what he's made of, and it ain't much.
