Her head has got way to big for being a reality personality - she's a bitch. The guy screwed up though, he will be broke soon, he has blown through a lot of money, this is an effort to make some cash from the channel. I think eventually he will try to get back with him to continue to be in the public eye. The show is a joke anyway and he is a geek.

It sounds like he wants something in writing to get a piece of the pie, the money that Kate will make from her new talk show. He will likely be like K-Fat, go for child support from Kate, another one living off his ex-wife.

Although I think TLC should have stopped the show alltogether, this is a step in the right direction. Jon is a sometime Dad full-time skirt chaser. My prediction is we will hear more women come forward about their affair with him before he was even separated. The man cares about two things; money and women, his children come a distant third and he has shown it in the last few months.

Sorry but $1.7 mil isn't much when you aren't bringing in other income, have a lot of expenses, agents/pr people, and blowing a lot of cash on cars, trips, and women. I get it very well, do you? I don't think he's "entitled" to anything else now, and I am happy he's gone. I think this decision was made by TLC because of the way he has been skirting around since the separation. They are not just getting money for the show, there is a book deal, signings, TV interviews, to appear at the MGM grand, (they tossed down 70 grand for him to be there "why would anyone want to see him is beyound me") most often when he or she travels, it's paid for! 11:16 - the show must be on for 5 yrs. for him to get residual payments through dvd sales. I doubt he receives too many offers for appearance fees - other people more marketable. She may continue to get money through other sources, I don't deny that, but I was talking about him. There are thousands and thousands of people than have had a lot more money than either of them and have blown it away. A lifetime is a long time, probably at least 40 yrs for him and, again, the money will be gone sooner than later.

11:40 I agree with you to a point, as you have made some good points. Regardless if he gets residual payments or not, he is getting 'paid' close to 75.000.00 episode. There are between 20 to 34 episodes a season, that's close to 4 million a year, just for the season. Also they (don't forget) made a ton of cash on "LOVE OFFERINGS" on their speaking tour (something to do with church). And think about all the money they save, free food, free clothes, freee medical, freee vacations, free hair transplant for jon, and the tummy tuck for kate, free dog feed, free this and that... FREE FREE FREE, almost everything they get is free.. oh yeah, free cars! They don't need DVD sales, again they are doing fine, if they do get DVD sales, it's icy'ing on the cake, another 10 million in thier pocket. You are right there are others out there that are more marketable (but look who they are marketing, LOLO, and paris, comeon he's "Jon" right there with the bratpack), but people love to be in the 'know' when it comes to Jon&Kate, why I am not sure, is it due to the fact we have watched them grow, or due to the fact that they failed right before our eyes??? Yes 1000's of people have blown their money, yet time will tell on this one, but don't forget all the money that they get, i.e: the show, interviews, tour, book signings, book sales, they save most of it, they have a lot of money!

I am only stating the facts! I am almost 100% positive their college fund is taken care of at this point. But yes I agree kids are costly.

Jon's trouble will just get started when his money drys up and Hailey doesn't want him anymore. Then.......she will write a tell all book. She is a loser just like him.

Jon is a t-bag. Glad he's off the show. I can relate to Kate. If she hadn't have been a bitch to him and bossed him around, his lazy ass wouldve got nothing done.

Why can't Jon & Kate continue on with the show as most of the public enjoyed watching the little ones and also the twins grown up on TV. Can't they put their pride away for a couple of days a month and tape a good show for the kids sake. And, if I had talked to my husband the way Kate talked to Jon he would have moved out years ago. Kate was brutal in her vocal attacts on Jon. He took her comments way to long before finally answering back on very rare occasions. Kate is out for Kate and that is that!!!! If she was looking out in just a tiny way for the kids she would continue taping and keeping her sarcastic remarks to Jon off camera. Everyone I talk to would like to see the taping of the whole families outings. Just be the acctress you have learned to be Kate, for a couple of days each month for the kids sake and also the public would love to also see Jon in those tapes and not just you~~~

what was so cute about the show? it's everyday life for some, although some don't have quite as much money to take care of theirs as the Gosslins do, Jon shouldn't have acted the way he has but he is human, they both need to be gone, she won't give it up though because how will she pay for her next plastic surgery? We really don't know what went on it's all he said she said we don't live with them so we don't really know what happened do we?

Has anyone lost a job and wondered how they were going to feed their family? Well if the show is going to be cancelled in its entirety who the hell is going to help her raise 8 kids? Surely not you naysayers.

All the kids have had their collage educations paid for just like the Gosselins medical bills by the state of PA. The Governor at the time they were born set up 8 trust funds for ALL the kids.

TLC NEVER got the labor permits from the state for Child workers as required by PA State. Their former neighbors even said they were working 6-8 hrs a day.. WAY over the so called 3 days a week and the short hours Kate said. Also Kate lied about writing "Multiple Blessings" her former best friend Beth Carson said she wrote the book in an interview Kate only was a contributor, yet she takes all the credit you never see Beth at any book signings. I think it's best to stop the show! It’s only harming the children & Kate + Jon!!! They both have made fools!!! Of themselves, 'cause Kate ridiculed him all the time! And he tolerated it!
I realized Jon is acting out, the way he has! I think he is having an emotional brake down or nervous brake down! This is probably how he cries out!

How much more do they need to put the kids thru mommy and daddy are not together anymore. if mommy is there daddy is not. and if daddy is there mommy is not. lets just make it even harder on the kids and take the crew away that has been there for almost all there life. this is very hard on them and noone care. if there is going to be any more changes they Jon and Kate need to do it slowly or the kid will really need a lot of help. think about this first daddy lives in the some where else and they the dogs are taken from them and now the crew. Kate love the show without that other person. Kids are growing up fast! Kate you are falling out of your tops from the3 side top and when you sit down or bend over. Help too much boobs this is a family show. Don't have to wear a turtle neck but help!!!! Please we love you and you are way more classy lady than that!!!!
