Grandpa Jon Voight On Shiloh's Style: "She's Incredible!"

Angelina Jolie's father Jon Voight is defending Shiloh Jolie-Pitt's boyish way of dressing, marveling at the fact that a 4-year-old can have that much style, whether it's masculine or feminine!
"I look at the way she dresses and she has a style," Voight told Us. "And she's only 4-years old! I'm going, 'What!?'"
Although many people are looking at her and going "What!?", Jon thinks many are making too big of a deal out of the fact that Angie and Brad allow her to express herself in that way.
"Shiloh chooses everything she wears, so she's an amazing person," he said. "The press, they're going to make a lot of stuff about it, but she's incredible."
Do you think Shiloh's styling is "incredible" for a 4-year-old or is she just playing dress-up?
I bet Shiloh will shock us all in a few years and start wearing girly dresses!

I think its part she likes it and part mom and dad dress her like that.
Shiloh's really cute, looks a lot like Brad.
I think its good that she can dress for comfort. I remember when I was in school there were two girls who's hair was done every morning in those ringlets, and their skirts had pleats and not one pleat was out of place. God I hated those girls. lol lol
Let your kids be kids...everything goes in phases. They grow out of one thing and go into something else.

Angie's dressed her that way from day one because Zahara is jealous.
Well mom and dad buy the clothes, so some of it is them. But also children around age 3 and up start to develop their own sense of what they want to wear. Regardless of what it looks like and if parent say oh no that doesnt match, or here wear this, the child is going to say NO and throw a hissy fit.
Its part of them learning their identity and what they want to do, or think looks cool.
I have 5 daughters, so boy can I tell you.
You will read that you as a parent as suppose to let children start making those decisions for their development and I do believe now, after alot of temper tantrums, that is correct.
None of my daughters are gay, or wierd or whatever now, and all dress nice, sometimes like a tom boy and other times like the pretty young lady they are.
So it really does not determine one way or the other as far as gay etc. Now if that is ALL her parents buy her is boys clothes then that is wrong.
To buy some girl clothes and put them i the mix is fine, and say, Wow mom and dad sure would like to see you wear this for dinner, and one day in a month it might work :)
I just hope that Angie in her quest for gays is NOT forcing the issue of here are your clothes to choose from and that doesnt include anything feminine, because that would definately not be natural. And all little girls want to be the princess.
A total non story. Let the kid wear what she likes and lets not pile any political cultural baggage on them.
Kids do have an idea of what they really like. I learned that when my son started kindegarten and didn't like the slacks and button up shirts I bought him. He insisted on his jeans and t-shirt. Some things are not worth fighting over. Shiloh is a beautiful child. It's not so much about what she wears, it's what's in her heart.

dang she's so cute. Back when she was younger, she was dressed much more "girly." That's probably before she started expressing her own desires for what to wear. Now she's wearing what she wants and the people who diss her or her parents over it or make snide remarks about her sexuality (she's a preschooler for chrissakes!!!) need to get a life.
Her Mom is an action hero on screen, what do you expect. She's a kid, I think she is far more well adjusted than a certain other little girl who wears dresses and pumps every day. This little girl is ready for play!
I like her style allot better than the stupid frilly dresses Suri wears.

The minute Shiloh's parents decided to sell pix of their children they became public property.
And now? Good God, it seems like every family member wants to exploit these kids. Jon, Brad, Angie, stop talking about these poor kids in public. Tell everyone they are private citizens who just want to live their lives. The public would understand.
Poor Jon is afraid to speak his mind for fear of being punished by his lunatic daughter not letting him see the grand kids.

Enough already!!! Why are people kicking up such a fuss over looks that a four year old wants to rock? She's four and figuring out who she is...there is no harm in allowing her to make her own clothing choices.

I watched a "report" about Shiloh a couple of days ago (on French TV because I'm French) and at a point they said it was a reaction of the little girl against the media pressure, wanting somehow to rebel and go against the tide regarding what "the world" expects her to be... And I thought "what the f*** ???" The girl is only 4 ! How can you imagine she (already) thinks that much ? Don't really know what to think about it anyway, if that's what she really wants then be it... But kindda weird, and a shame because she was sooooo much prettier as a girly girl IMO !! And I def like Suri's style better, so much cuter, even though she shouldn't wear heels...
10:49AM You are so right!!! Poor Jon, he's gotta say the right thing, even though he'd prolly love to say what's really on his mind!! My 3 yr old dresses herself, but she always has to match right down to the socks, and girl clothes. But it's whatever. Good Luck Jon, keep sayin' the right thing.

It's these sites who are totally to blame for people talking about how Shiloh is dressed. They bring it up on almost a daily basis. No one really cares but X17 and others are still trying to make something out of nothing. . They are systematically trying to destroy a little girl's self-esteeem and confidence in herself. LAY OFF X17.

Fughara cries because Shi's so pretty and Fuggie is not. So Angie dresses Shi in boy's clothes so Fughara won't feel so fug. Fughara should learn to keep her hands to herself and leave pretty Shi alone.
Shiloh is adorable no matter what she wears. I wouldn't doubt that she is already wise beyond her years too. I love the little army boots!

It's obvious that Angelina dresses Shiloh and tells Brad what to wear too since he didn't look like a hobo before
Shiloh is adorable but she's a girl and not a boy. Only time will tell if letting her always dress as a boy is harmful.
