Jonathan Cheban Heads To Miami, Leaves Kris Humphries Drama At Home In LA

Jonathan Cheban has found the perfect way to enjoy the holidays ... cruising along Miami Beach with a stunning bikini babe.
The Spin Crowd star, and Kim Kardashian's BFF, has been taking heat for his tumultuous relationship with Kim's ex Kris Humphries on the reality show Kim And Kourtney Take New York.
On a recent episode, Humphries called Cheban "gay" and immediately after the episode aired, reports began circulating that the jewelry designer would be taking legal action against the basketball star in a $5 million lawsuit. However, Cheban has admitted that a lawsuit would not be taking place afterall.
Sounds like a relaxing vacation in the Miami sun is just the ticket!
