Paris Hilton STUNNED in a low-cut dress while Fergie chose to tone it down in a surprisingly tame knee-length red dress at the Red Cross' Red Tie Affair in Santa Monica last night.

Paris, who brought along her beau Cy Waits, tweeted "So nice seeing Fergie and @JoshDuhamel at The Red Cross Event tonight. They are such a sweet and beautiful couple."

But the party wasn't over for Paris and pals after the event. She had a "romantic dinner" with her man at BOA before meeting up with sister Nicky at Beacher's Madhouse in Hollywood.

Also attending the event that honored is honoring Betty White, Josh Duhamel and a team of doctors and medical specialists from Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica was a solo Pete Wentz. Did he tame his mane for this red carpet event?

Josh Duhamel led the pack with wife Fergie (even though it was her birthday!) to run in the 2-mile Tokidoki Relief Run Sunday morning along Santa Monica Beach.

The funds raised from the run will go to benefit the American Red Cross Japan Earthquake and Pacific Relief Fund, for victims of the tragic earthquake and tsunami.

According to the Tokidoki Relief Run, 10,151 people have lost their lives in the disaster, and 17,000 are still missing. Duhamel has already raised more than $90,000 for relief efforts in T-shirt sales alone.

Paris Hilton tweeted today of the marathon run: "Felt so amazing to support Japan today and run in the @JoshDuhamel @Tokidoki #ReliefRun with @NickyHilton @BrookeBrinson and @TheFergie ... Such a great day today. I love helping make a difference. - We ♥ JAPAN".

After performing on American Idol last night with the Black Eyed Peas, Fergie's face was the topic of rampant speculation on the web that she had gotten some serious work done.

We spotted the songstress out last night after the show celebrating St. Patty's day with her hubby Josh Duhamel and her folks ... and we couldn't help but wonder the same thing ourselves!

Did Fergie plump up her famous face? Or are the rumors that she's pregnant responsible for her fuller look?

From leading man to talk show host...

Josh Duhamel is reportedly in the running to place Regis Philbin on Live! With Regis and Kelly when Philbin departs the morning talk show, according to Entertainment Tonight's Kevin Frazier.

"Wow! Do they have Vegas odds on that?" responded Fergie when Frazier brought it up to her during Super Bowl preps this week. But the singer kept coy and only said, "You're going to have to ask him that question."

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for ABC Disney reveals, "This one is simply not true." And Duhamel's rep adds, "There is no truth to the story."

Josh Duhamel is allegedly a favorite guest of Kelly Ripa. But if not him, who?

Fergie and Josh Duhamel went to dinner in Brentwood last night, and the couple were in great spirits after their meal. Aww, to be happily married and in love! When asked about her performance at next weekend's Super Bowl, Fergie said, "I'm ready for it! Wish me luck."

It's another day in paradise for sultry Fergie Ferg and her hunky hubby Josh Duhamel.

Even though it was a bit rainy, the curvaceous singer couldn't stop smiling as she enjoyed a drink at Nikki Beach, aka the "luxurious haven for the world’s most beautiful clientele", before posing for some pics with her many adoring fans, and then bouncing into a BMW to be driven off by bangin' hot Duhamel. Could the day get any more perfect?

Later on, she and hubby Josh Duhamel put on their clothes and headed out to dinner.

Josh Duhamel also attended the Trevor Live event in Hollywood last night, and the hunky actor opened up up his recent air travel drama.

After refusing to turn off his BlackBerry, Duhamel was escorted off a NYC flight last week, but it seems like he's learned his lesson. "I learned that it's best to always turn them off," he told Access Hollywood on Sunday, noting that it was "not my favorite moment."
