The Transformers star stepped out to lunch at Tavern, before heading to a meeting in Brentwood -- but what's up with the hair?
Fergie should have given her hubby a little once-over before letting him leave the house for a meeting with such messy bed head!
According to a report, the couple is expecting their first child together next year, but they are waiting for the doctor's okay before making an announcement.
Fingers crossed it happens soon!
Fergie recently took a break from the Black Eyed Peas for more "free time", but it's widely know that she wants to start a family with Josh Duhamel ASAP!
