Josh Hutcherson Buys Heath Ledger's Former Hollywood Treehouse For $2.5 Million

Josh Hutcherson is splashing out $2.5 million from his Hunger Games earnings!
The 19-year-old actor might be young, but he definitely has money and an eye for real estate, which he recently proved when he sealed the deal to snap up Heath Ledger's former home in the Hollywood Hills.
The enchanting place, known as the Tree House for its natural setting and architecture, was owned by the late Australian actor until 2008. The most recent owner listed the pad for $3 million last year.
The two bed, two bath home definitely has a retro appeal, so it's a shame Mr. Hutcherson isn't dating flower child Vanessa Hudgens anymore!
Boasting contemporary rooms, wide open space for gatherings, a Zen-like garden, and a large deck equipped with an outdoor screening room, grill, and firepit, the abode is considered a historical Hollywood home. Before Ledger, the property was owned by talk show host Ellen Degeneres.
We wonder if Katniss Everdeen will be invited over for a housewarming?!
Do you think this home is worth $3 million?
