Oh my god, it's amazing how much credit is given to "sources" and rags like NOTW. Just because an agreement has been reached doesn't mean that's all there will be. Jude has been devoted and involved with his kids, and he'll be the same for Sophia. He's not malicious. It probably means the times that Sophia can come to Jude's and stay, and perhaps the mom only agreed to 2 times, particularly given that the child will have school, etc. Doesn't mean that Jude won't pop into Florida, but really, where's he gonna go there? Certainly not to Samantha's and her crazy family. A neutral location? How cozy is that? I think everybody needs to just quit judging this situation as though they have all the information. I doubt the arrangement is any different than divorced parents who find themselves on separate continents. Lighten up, it's only tragic if you let your imagination run away with you. If it's that bad, Samantha can move her ass to London, how about that?

Danielle, I imagine the "twice-a-year" visitation is probably the visits to Jude's home, which makes sense, given the distance. I don't think it means that he'll only see her twice a year. It doesn't bother to say how or why they came to that agreement, but sure, Jude's going to always be painted as the rat and not the father trying to figure his life with a new child, as every parent has to do....and nevermind the crap Samantha has pulled.
