Julianne Hough wowed on the PCA's red carpet in a backless silver sequined party dress that was cut super low at the bottom, but where was beau Ryan Seacrest?
The Footloose star isn't nominated for any awards this year, but Seacrest's American Idol won the Favorite Competition Show honor, yet again!
We're betting Miss Hough gets a PCA nomination next year for her sexy role in Rock of Ages!
