Earlier today, the pop star was heading to a business meeting in Los Angeles when his pants nearly fell off!
Bieber's been enjoying some down time in the city of angels before hitting the road to promote his new album Believe which became the year's best-selling debut to date with 374,000 copies sold in its first week!
