EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS - Is Justin Bieber Visiting Ladylove Selena Gomez At The Hospital?

After going to the dentist, working out and hitting the studio, Justin Bieber was spotted at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Friday afternoon, and the 18-year-old pop phenom may have been there with girlfriend Selena Gomez.
Selena is back from tanning her buns at the pool and filming Spring Breakers in Miami, and we're hearing the starlet got blood work done on Thursday, and Justin was present for that as well. Neither one of the stars have tweeted anything, but earlier in the week Selena wrote, "Got bad anxiety after shooting.. I need to relax." Hopefully she's doing ok!
Last year Selena was hospitalized and treated for exhaustion after collapsing backstage at The Tonight Show, and she spent several days in the hospital. Perhaps this is just a check up to make sure she's on the right track?
We don't even want to suggest that she's expecting something other than a clean bill of health ... but we have to wonder, especially given how um, affectionate these two are with one another!
